Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role that provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will use your energetic demeanor to promote our products and services, build strong customer relationships, and guide customers through service appointments. The role requires executing transaction procedures with precision and efficiency to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Pay Range: $14.40 – $21.51
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Assist with customer complaints and ensure retention.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Strong communication skills to assist customers with sales and complaints.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
- Medical, dental and vision – starting day 1 for all teammates.
