Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers can shop for customers and choose the right items. The role is fast paced, involves engaging customers during dispensing, and may require juggling online orders while assisting in‑store shoppers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe area

Hourly pay exceeds minimum wage. Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives are available. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
