Sales Advisor

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store, promoting products, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience.
• Engaging customers in conversations to provide excellent service.
• Informing customers about fashion trends, stories, and products.
• Promoting & selling products effectively.
• Actively promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Supporting commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
• Performing garment refill, care, and presentation tasks: unpacking, refilling, steaming, garment care.
• Operating fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Presenting merchandise displays per visual & commercial guidelines.
• Managing stock levels with replenishment routines.
• Supporting in‑store OMNI services and technology (In‑store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store etc.).
• Assisting with opening and closing the store.
• Following H&S guidelines and all legal requirements applicable to the role.

• Passionate about fashion and customer experience.
• Motivated by giving customers a great experience.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Experience working in sales or customer service in fashion, retail or other related industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers.

Job Status: Hourly, Non‑Exempt
