Supervise front-end operations to ensure fastest and most pleasant checkout experience according to policy;
Manage guest traffic flow at the front end and bagging area to optimize productivity and guest interaction;
Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to meet labor guidelines;
Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed and provide on-the-job feedback;
Process guest orders and perform cashier/guest service clerk duties as needed
