Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools and resources;
Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future production needs including seasonality while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines;
Utilize handheld digital tools to drive sales, assist in production, ordering, receiving, training, and quality checks with customers in mind;
Drive area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, reducing waste, and assisting members with purchases and services;
Act as a brand ambassador, motivate and train teammates, and uphold company policies and ethics in daily operations.
