Security Officer Entry Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, greeting visitors, and assisting with sign-in, badge distribution, and general questions;
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and front desk records related to visitor activity, deliveries, calls, and other security-related events;
Support a professional lobby presence by observing activity in reception and nearby entry areas and helping to deter disruptions through visible attentiveness and timely communication
