We are growing our General Construction and Service Division to better serve our community, support our electrical installation projects, and expand our service offerings. We are seeking a motivated plumber who wants steady work, hands-on experience, and long-term growth with our company. This position is primarily residential, with occasional commercial and industrial projects.

What you can expect (Primary Job Duties):

• Water heater replacements (tank and tankless experience preferred)
• Water line repairs and replacements
• General residential plumbing service and installation
• Assist with light commercial and industrial plumbing work as needed
• Work alongside electrical and construction teams on integrated projects
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers
• On-the-job training program provided
• Gain hands-on experience working with experienced, licensed plumber

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands on plumbing experience required
• Plumbing license preferred but NOT required, must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently on common service calls
• Experience with water heaters and water line repairs strongly preferred
• General residential plumbing service and troubleshooting
• Some electrical experience is a plus, such as: surge protectors
• Willingness to learn commercial and industrial plumbing systems

Additional Requirements and/or Expectations:

• Applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.
• Applicants must have permanent residence within a 40-mile radius of our Spindale office.
• Ability to lift, bend, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor
