Mitigation Technician

We are looking to hire a full-time Mitigation Technician that exceeds customer Xpectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man-made and natural disasters. You will be tasked with creating a superior customer XPERIENCE. Mitigation Technicians accomplish this through commitment to be part of an emergency response team, physical strength and stamina, and proficiency with using hand and power tools.

• Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities.
• Mitigation Technicians will be responsible for repairing and restoring the structure.
• Mitigation Technicians are responsible for removal and replacement of damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials.
• Work with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient.
• Mitigation Technicians are responsible for execution and implementation of appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service.

• Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software.
• Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays.
• Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required.

• Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM consistent schedule
