We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong PLC, electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency
Skills & Experience:
- PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Preventive maintenance and root cause troubleshooting skills
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment preferred
- Injection molding or thermoforming experience is a plus
- Maintenance leadership experience is a bonus
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Hickory, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
