Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and conveyor systems
• Diagnose equipment issues using schematics, measuring tools, and testing equipment
• Complete welding, fabrication, and machine repairs as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts and minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and PLC diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Textile or nonwoven manufacturing experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Hickory, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
