Shuttle Driver

Do you enjoy meeting new people and connecting with customers? Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional service to our community. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:

Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced.

Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards.

Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations.

Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
