Cadence is currently recruiting for Warehouse Associates at our Hickory, North Carolina facility. The continued growth of the company demands this addition to our team. • Handle inbound and outbound loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Operate a forklift following all safety rules and regulations
• Build orders for daily package route deliveries
• Order selecting/picking
• Has the ability to safely load and unload products according to size of load and content description
• Maintain warehouse in clean order by following cleanup responsibilities
• Provides good customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience
• Must have minimum of 2 year forklift experience (Preferred)

This job regularly requires employees to work while using hands; gripping fingers and hands. The employee is frequently required to sit; walk or stand; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; and bend  employee is occasionally required to climb unassisted while carrying up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted;

push or pull 200+ pounds with appropriate moving and safety equipment.
