Position Details
- Starting hourly rate: $21.03
- Sign‑on bonus up to $1,000 for previous electric pallet jack and order‑selecting experience (terms and conditions apply)
- Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 10 AM until job completion (4 days per shift). Overtime may be required.

Select cases and other containers of food and non‑food products to fill customer orders from multi‑level rack warehouse storage. Items are placed on pallets, completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack or forklift, wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment in a timely manner while observing all safety regulations and maintaining quality standards. Function as a team member within the department and organization and perform any additional duties required.
PositionResponsibilities
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure the work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
- Review work schedule, obtain required supplies, and prepare for operations. Perform a safety check on the pallet jack or forklift, ensure all safety devices function properly, and wear all required personal protective equipment and safety gear.
- Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
- Place pallets on a pallet jack and operate along assigned multi‑level racks, locating products according to order sheets.
- Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required. Use single or double pallets as directed.
- Transport completed palletized customer orders to the shipping dock staging area, and shrink‑wrap pallets for staging if required.
- Replace or recharge batteries as needed, attach a re‑charger, and complete the vehicle inspection checklist. Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at the end of the shift.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to work scheduled or assigned shifts, including required overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, stack, and pull product weighing 10–35 lbs regularly and up to approximately 60–100 lbs (location dependent).
- Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
- Ability to pass a post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Ability to become EPJ certified within the new‑hire training period.
- Ability to complete required training independently.
