Corporate Accountant

Founded in 2015, 4DS Corp. is a NY based multi-asset logistics,e-commerce and business solutions organization with a large variety of products and brands under its portfolio. We are a global importer, distributor and retailer, consisting a collection of multiple sub-companies involved in a variety of brands and industries, which span across food services, office supplies, electronics, solutions, payments and more.

We are looking for a Chinese-bilingual Corporate Accountant to prepare financial statements and manage our inventory accounting. We’ll rely on you to provide advice to support our company’s decision-making. You should be reliable and good at math, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments. We want you to be detail-oriented, and possess sharp business acumen.

• Daily bookkeeping
• Maintain standard costs of inventory for all products
• Gather financial data and ledgers
• Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage periodical and on demand reporting
• Oversee external and internal audits
• Advise management on how to craft effective business plans and resolve cost-related issues

• Proven experience as a Corporate Accountant
• Experience with inventory accounting
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and practices
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and finance software (i.e. Quick Books)
• An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Organizational and leadership skills
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
