Position Available:
Estimating/Purchasing Specialist
- Reviewing project plans, specifications, and RFPs
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, Electrical and GC trade.
- Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
- Coordinating with project managers and field supervisors
- Building and maintaining vendor relationships
- Assisting in value engineering and budget
- Experience in mechanical construction or related field
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, Electrical and GC trade.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Purchasing/ Estimating /Project Management experience require minimum 3 years
- Live within 20 miles of Hicksville office location
- Salary Range: $80K-100K
