Site Supervisors

Responsibilities

• Managing a project from start to completion while maintaining the project schedule
• Working with the Project Manager, General Contractor, other trades, and suppliers to resolve issues/questions in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Reviewing all work for quality and adherence to plans and specifications
• Coordinating manpower to meet the project schedule
• Reviewing and managing supplier deliveries
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites
• Coordinating subcontractors (as needed)
• Hands‑on work to keep the project on schedule
• Reporting and tracking on‑site changes
• Working as a team with all trades to complete the project

• 3/5 years of superintendent/field manager experience and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and on budget
• Completion of OSHA 30‑hour course and NYC DOB SST
  62 certification
• Proficient with construction management software
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations
• Experience in General Construction with SCA is a plus

• Salary range: $90K-$140K
