Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for diverse construction projects.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive bids and accurate budgets.
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and assist with project planning.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors during preconstruction.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in construction estimating
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and technical documents
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Experience with estimating software is advantageous
