Hicksville, NY -| Full-Time | $20-$30/hour

Best Quality Electric is a locally trusted electrical contractor serving Long Island. We specialize in residential and commercial service, sales, repairs, and installations -- built around professional service, straightforward pricing, and a customer-first experience.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear. If you're upbeat, organized, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right -- this is the place.

• Be the first point of contact -- create a positive, professional first impression
• Schedule service and sales appointments across Nassau & Suffolk Counties
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with warmth and efficiency
• Assist with outbound calling as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and service calls
• Review completed work orders for accuracy
• Follow up on preventative maintenance appointments
• Help resolve customer concerns with clear communication
  
  Participate in training and uphold company standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, upbeat attitude -- able to handle upset customers with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Geographic knowledge of Long Island (Nassau/Suffolk) preferred
• Reliable attendance required
• Employment contingent on pre-employment screening

• $20 to $30/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, W-2 position
