• Lead instruction in HVAC technologies using an accredited curriculum that balances theory with applied learning.
• Facilitate immersive, hands-on labs in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility.
• Craft engaging lessons that mirror industry expectations and certification standards.
• Coach students with clear feedback, monitor performance, and celebrate milestones.
• Partner with colleagues to enhance the program and sustain strong graduate outcomes.
• Model professional practices while staying current with HVAC/R trends and tools.
• Guide learners toward certification exams and long-term career success.

• 3+ years of professional experience as an HVAC Technician.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A talent for communication, patience, and motivating others.
• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.

Lincoln Tech is piloting a classroom recording initiative at our Hicksville campus. As a condition of employment at this location, all instructors are required to sign a recording consent agreement prior to hire. Candidates who are unable to provide consent will not be eligible for this position.
