We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily field operations, including dispatch coordination, warehouse and fleet support, and on-shift crew accountability. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure crews, equipment, and schedules run smoothly while supporting staff development and operational performance.

This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who is confident, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving real-time problems, and can balance execution, accountability, and team support.

• Lead daily dispatch and crew scheduling to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain warehouse organization, tools, and fleet readiness
• Address and document on-shift employee accountability issues; escalate patterns or repeated issues to the Director of Operations
• Assist with onboarding, field training reinforcement, and system access for staff
• Support customer service issues and operational incidents as needed
• Track and manage operational performance to meet team and workflow goals

• Experience in field operations, dispatch, logistics, or similar leadership role
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and real-time problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing crews, trucks, warehouse, and on-shift operational issues
• Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator with field and office teams
• Leverages team strengths to execute operations efficiently.

• $67,000–$80,000 annually, including base pay and performance-based bonus
