Line Associate

Line Associate – Pay: $24.26 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential (after 8pm). Shift: Monday–Friday 3:30pm – 1:30am; may include days, nights, weekends, some holidays. Hours subject to business needs.

This position is at Land O’Lakes’ dairy manufacturing facility. The Line Associate follows supervisor direction to meet production demands while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices for self and others.
• Arrives on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Multitasks and keeps pace with production demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follows instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.

• 18years or older.
• Minimum 6months of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectfulness.

• 1+ year of food manufacturing work experience.
• Forklift experience.

• Able to lift/carry up to 50pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, and other active movements.
• Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, possibly with dust and chemicals.
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
