• Base Salary: $125,000-$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $5,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus:
  Up to $45,000 annual incentive potential, paid quarterly.

• Clinical care:
  Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists when needed, and educate patients on diagnoses, medications and prevention.
• Patient experience & flow:
  Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes & after-care teams.
• Tech-enabled documentation:
  Document encounters in the EMR and use AI-copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant.
