As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring various quality inspection areas, enforcing GMP, food safety, and security protocols. You will verify compliance with food safety policies and procedures, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards.

• Conduct milk receiving and ingredient/kettle checks, including paperwork, sampling, and various tests (e.g., temperature, acidity, PH).
• Oversee filler and packing operations, ensuring proper procedures such as metal detector verification and packaging evaluation.
• Perform micro and lab testing, including sample collection and incubation for milk, eggs, and environmental samples.
• Execute pre-operation checks, including ATP and allergen swabbing, and sanitizer concentration.
• Communicate effectively with associates and management regarding GMP and food safety violations.

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Detail-oriented and team player.
• Willingness to work extended shifts, including potential weekends.
• Understanding of high school level math, specifically algebra.
• Ability to comprehend science-based material.

• Experience with lab equipment and kettle enabling systems.
• Familiarity with food safety policies and GMP protocols.

This position requires standing for the majority of the shift in a production environment with typical noise levels. You will work in hot and cold temperatures throughout your shift.
