We are seeking an experienced Title Closing desk/post closer to join our team! As a Title Closing Desk, you will review closed files, and ensure that the collection of all the necessary documents and information is present. You will also ensure all documents are signed by both parties, double-check all requirements. The ideal candidate understands the basics of real estate transactions, has excellent communication skills, and has strong computer skills.
Responsibilities- Review all title information, title commitments, and requirements to ensure everything is together and in compliance post closing
- Coordinate with parties to obtain any missing signatures or documents
- Manage all post closing files and follow ups
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and how real estate transactions occur desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including TRACKER PRO
