The Senior Electrical Estimator/Electrical Advisor visits residential customers, evaluates electrical needs, educates homeowners, presents options, prepares estimates and proposals, and helps customers choose the best solution for their home. This role blends technical electrical knowledge with consultative sales, professionalism, trust‑building, and excellent customer service.

• Evaluate residential electrical systems, diagnose issues, and identify repair or installation needs.
• Educate customers on technical and investment options.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, contracts, and financing paperwork.
• Follow up on leads and service opportunities.
• Sell, renew, and expand service agreements.
• Meet performance and customer service goals established by the company.
• Use the company sales system on every call.
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates.
• Work closely with other departments to transfer work details accurately.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respect customer property.
• Participate in company‑sponsored training.

• Minimum 4-5+ years of verifiable residential electrical experience preferred.
• Strong sales, estimating, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to present proposals, overcome objections, and close value‑based solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, Life Safety Codes, NFPA, Uniform Building Codes, and lighting systems.
• Must have appropriate trade tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Occasional after‑hours communication may be required to support customer scheduling and project coordination.
• Employment is contingent upon completion of applicable pre‑employment screening, consistent with local law.

• Full-time, W‑2 Employment
• Base Salary: $70,000‑$80,000 per year
• On‑target earnings: $125,000‑$175,000+ annually, including base salary and performance‑based commission.
