Parts Runner (Part-Time) – HVAC Company | Long Island, NY

We're an established HVAC company serving all of Long Island, and we're looking for a dependable Parts Runner to support our field technicians and installers. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time HVAC support or technician role for the right person.
About the RoleThe Parts Runner ensures our team has the parts, tools, and materials they need to complete service calls and installations efficiently. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience and is interested in learning the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites across Long Island
- Assist technicians and installers during service calls and installation projects
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard
- Track, stock, and manage inventory
- Support general operational tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift and move materials/equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interest in HVAC and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Part-time to start
