Salary Range: $25.00 To $45.00 Hourly

We are growing and we’re looking for experienced, highly skilled A/C Service Mechanics and Installers to join our team. If you have strong residential HVAC experience and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

This is a union position, Local 355.

• Minimum 5 years’ HVAC experience
• A/C service experience in Residential Preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must undergo background check (Having a criminal history does not automatically disqualify anyone from being hired.)
• Must pass drug test

• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Must be reliable, hard-working and professional

• Complete installations efficiently and according to code requirements
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential air conditioning systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Ensure all work meets company standards and safety requirements
• Test and verify system performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Represent the company professionally at customer homes
