- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating & air conditioning systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain repair options to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Required)
- OSHA Certification (Required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
