Learn a trade while working with the team to get the job done! The role involves

• Arrive by 8:00 am or earlier if necessary.
• Help load vehicles with proper equipment and map out daily job routes.
• Assist painters on site or in the shop with load in and out, site protection, prep and door installation.
• Clean jobsites, shop, and equipment.
• End of day vehicle clean-up, inventory, and ordering.
• Install/Take down Holiday Lighting during the season.

• Vehicles, shirts, hats, and all necessary equipment.
• Paid training.

• Willingness to perform a drug test and background examination.
• Ability to write and speak English reasonably well.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States and provide documentation.
• Ability to work on ladders – no fear of heights.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Minimum two years of painting experience.

• Prior experience in the construction industry.
• Understanding of painting terminology.
• Experience with airless spray.
• Experience with skim coating.
• Experience spraying cabinet work or other high‑end work.

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour.
