As a Field Security Hardware Specialist, you will play a critical role in securing high-traffic commercial environments by ensuring the integrity of entry points and locking systems. As a Field Security Hardware Specialist, you will play a critical role in securing high-traffic commercial environments by ensuring the integrity of entry points and locking systems. • Execute precise installations and repairs of commercial-grade locksets, including mortise, cylindrical, and deadbolt hardware.
• Manage complex master key systems, including pinning, rekeying, and the creation of restricted keyway duplicates.
• Optimize building security by installing and calibrating door closers, panic bars, exit devices, and heavy-duty hinges.
• Restore functionality to commercial entryways by diagnosing and correcting structural issues like frame misalignment, sagging, and threshold damage.
• Provide expert site assessments to recommend hardware upgrades that improve facility security and compliance.
• Document all service activities, including parts usage and site photos, to maintain accurate records for client transparency.
• Act as a professional representative on-site, ensuring clear communication regarding repair status and future maintenance needs.

• Demonstrated expertise in commercial locksmithing and door hardware maintenance.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing diverse lock and door systems.
• Proficiency in servicing hollow metal, aluminum storefront, and wood door assemblies.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols when operating power tools and heavy hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for field operations.

• Hands-on experience with electrified hardware and integrated access control systems.
• Technical familiarity with CCTV installation and low-voltage security components.
• Proven ability to manage full door replacement projects from start to finish.
