Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This position involves both in-house (shop) repairs and road service calls. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment including agricultural, construction, and turf machinery.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment
• Handle both in-shop and field service calls
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Experience working on heavy equipment (agricultural, construction, turf preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in the field
• Valid driver’s license required CDL preferred, but not required
