The Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Manager oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, material distribution, logistics, deliveries, fleet support, and warehouse organization. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience, trade experience, or electrical industry knowledge who enjoys keeping operations efficient, accurate, and ready for the field team.

• Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites, customers, and suppliers.
• Verify shipment counts and pricing.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of trucks and help prevent warehouse losses.
• Maintain stock control systems and support future capacity planning.
• Match incoming supplier packages to invoices and submit them to accounting.
• Assist technicians with product and material research.
• Pull materials for vehicle restock and sold work. Track job-holding materials and equipment.
• Oversee inventory cycle counts and maintain bins, pricing, and inventory lists.
• Keep the warehouse secure, organized, and safe.
• Support vehicle, machinery, and equipment maintenance.
• Complete required OSHA and workers' compensation reporting.

• Warehouse, logistics, trade, or electrical industry experience preferred.
• Electrical parts knowledge is a strong plus.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to lift and/or maneuver over 75 lbs. with proper PPE.
• Must be able to work overtime and occasional extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Employment is contingent upon completion of applicable pre-employment screening, consistent with local law.
