Warehouse Operator (Temporary)
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional weekends may be required based on business needs)

Steel-toe shoes required
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, and a safe, organized work environment while providing high-quality logistics support.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company and OSHA standards
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials following established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Pick and stage orders for shipment
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts
- Collaborate with quality control inspectors and inventory/stock teams
- Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned
- Forklift certification or ability to pass a forklift driving skills test
- Knowledge of warehouse practices such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and cycle counting
- Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to read spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service mindset
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
- Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels
- Steel-toe shoes required for the entire shift
Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in either English or Spanish due to onsite safety requirements
