Executive Interpreter -Japanese Bilingual

Location: Hidalgo (McAllen Area), TX (On-site)

Full-time | Starting at $48,000+ (DOE)

Join a global Japanese manufacturing company as a Japanese-English Executive Interpreter / Executive Support professional.

In this role, you will work directly with the Japanese President and executive management, providing interpretation, translation, executive support, and administrative coordination between the U.S., Mexico, and Japan.

• Interpret and translate between Japanese and English for meetings and business communications
• Support the Japanese President and executive management
• Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, travel, and business visits
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects
• Travel frequently to Mexico (approximately 80%)

Required

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Previous professional experience in Executive Support, Administrative Support, Interpretation, or Translation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel frequently between the U.S. and Mexico

Preferred

• Business interpretation/translation experience
• Spanish language skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
