This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Hidalgo, TX. The Sales Attendant will assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, maintain a clean and organized sales area, and provide outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing product displays and inventory replenishment, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.

- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage
The Sales Attendant is responsible for handling inbound quote requests, phone calls, chats, and email inquiries from customers seeking electrical, electronic, and industrial automation products. This role focuses on accurately receiving part numbers and requirements, preparing and sending quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times. A solid understanding of electrical, electronic, or automation components is highly desirable, as it enables clearer communication with customers and faster, more accurate responses.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment where accuracy and follow-up are critical.
