. Candidates must hold a CPA license or be actively pursuing certification.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations in High Point, NC.
• Ensure all tax filings comply with current federal, state, and local regulations.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies, deductions, and methods to reduce liabilities.
• Analyze client financial records to uncover potential tax issues and planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workloads efficiently and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate with clients regarding tax filings, document requirements, and inquiries.
• Stay informed on changes in tax law affecting clients in High Point.

• 3+ years of experience in tax accounting within public accounting.
• CPA license required or actively pursuing certification.
• Proficiency with tax software (Quick Books, Lacerte, Drake, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
