Finance Assistant opening for our client in High Point, NC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions in a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall accounting operations.
Job Details:- Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (Salary, Non-Exempt)
- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40-minute lunch)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Location:
High Point, NC (Onsite only) - Type:
Direct Hire
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Manage invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Monitor account balances and assist with collections as needed
- Review and process invoices and vendor payments
- Support month-end and reporting processes
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Sage preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
