Accounting Manager

Ferretti Search is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS organization to identify an experienced Accounting Manager ready to step into a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

North Carolina (Hybrid)

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 + Bonus

• Month-End Close:
  Lead and manage key portions of the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• General Accounting:
  Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation across multiple entities
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and related schedules
• Technical Accounting:
  Research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance related to complex accounting matters and reporting requirements
• Variance Analysis:
  Analyze financial results, investigate fluctuations, and partner with leadership to resolve issues
• Audit & Compliance:
  Support audit processes, lender reporting, investor deliverables, and compliance requirements
• Process Improvement:
  Assist in enhancing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across the organization
• Cross-Functional Partnership:
  Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams on reporting initiatives and strategic projects
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and support accounting staff while driving accountability and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with a blend of public accounting and industry experience preferred
• SaaS industry experience required
• Strong technical accounting background with the ability to research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance
• Experience with in multi-entity or consolidated reporting environments
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across departments and leadership teams
