As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in daily financial tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Monitor and track expenses and assist with budgeting process
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Quick Books, Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
