Responsibilities:

• Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Prepares tax and title documents.
• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Stock in and post new vehicle factory invoices.
• Post all wholesale vehicle sales, get titles ready for Auction submit via postal service.
• Receipt all money that comes in for the sale of the Auction
• Look up stock numbers for all incoming Titles
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Title Clerk experience is required.
• Certified Notary Public for the state of North Carolina (Required)
• Automotive Dealership experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work 8a-5p.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
