Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for their growing team!

• Vendor invoice processing and issue resolution in relation to the invoices
• Vendor statement reconciliations
• Resolve invoicing problems with vendors and internal partners
• Preparing payment proposals
• Prepare various reports and analysis
• Prepare accounts payable account reconciliations
• Month‑end close process: work with other departments (General Ledger and Finance) to close open issues and manage the accounting period following the company’s closing deadline

• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Fluent English is a must
• Appreciated any other languages (mainly Spanish/Portuguese)
• Strong IT skills:
  Proficient in MS Office
• Team worker, positive-minded and open to learn

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration preferred
