We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our manufacturing operations by processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate records in an ERP system. This position is best suited for candidates with previous B2B customer service or manufacturing office experience.
Responsibilities- Enter and process customer quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and process customer sales orders in company systems.
- Generate and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote, order, and invoice records.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to quotations, orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and ensure accurate processing.
- Monitor and update order status information as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, order entry, or administrative experience.
- Experience processing quotations, sales orders, and invoicing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
