Program Admin Support
Responsible for supporting the Program/Project Managers as well as Program Staff in the planning, execution, and administrative tasks associated with Program execution. May be directly responsible for the planning and implementation of less complex projects or tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program/Project Managers in all areas of project delivery.
- Manage all Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), Visitor Authorization Requests (VARs), and manage proper adherence to required regulations and restrictions.
- Perform any necessary administrative support tasks required to ensure successful execution of Program objectives.
- Assist in planning/coordinating customer meetings. Support the preparation of appropriate presentations and compile/distribute meeting minutes as required.
- Prepare and submit appropriate documentation for customer acceptance of contract deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years' experience supporting projects of similar scope and complexity.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense processes, procedures, and systems.
- Customer interface experience.
- Experience with supporting matrix teams working in multiple locations simultaneously.
- General user capabilities of Microsoft software applications required primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree or and 0-1 years of related experience or a combination of skills, education, and experience;
Associate degree in a related discipline and 1+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
