** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
** Thorough knowledge of GIS principles, practices, and enterprise ESRI systems. Knowledge of Esri Utility Network concepts and applications for managing linear and distributed infrastructure assets. Knowledge of system integration, data management, and application support in a complex IT environment. Ability to plan and manage projects, budgets, and vendor contracts. Ability to supervise and evaluate technical staff. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Ability to establish effective working relationships with City staff, officials, and external partners.
** Minimum Qualifications
** Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) years of progressively responsible GIS experience. Three (3) years of supervisory or project management experience.
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience in local government GIS programs.
