Responsibilities
  • JOB SUMMARY:

    Develops, leads collaborative/strategic partnerships with retail and wholesale customers across multiple fronts.

  • Customer Development:
    Engages with sales leadership to share key channel and customer requirements, identifies opportunities, leads joint business planning processes, owns customer contacts and partnerships, implements total customer wiring approach, forms strategic partnership with customer management, and represents "One Company" across three business units.

  • Customer HQ selling and execution:
    Accountable for delivering sales KPIs, brand initiatives across strategic customer accounts, identifies opportunities to grow brand share, commits to joint business plans, customizes company brand strategies, and links key initiatives with customer strategies.

  • Retail Store Development:
    Enforces partnership agreements, maximizes merchandising, deploys execution guidelines, ensures pricing models are implemented, and provides communication and insights for sales opportunities.

  • Business Planning:
    Collaborates with functional stakeholders, leads monthly business reviews, conducts customer visits, manages customer business plans, supports strategic inputs, and influences marketing teams.

  • Talent Development:
    Coaches, leads, and develops peers and cross‑functional partners, mentors, and promotes continuous improvement.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years related work experience or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 5+ years related experience.
  • Experience
    :
    National or regional customer management in consumer products; selling to broad channel base; internal headquarters relationship, planning, operations experience.
  • Age & Driver
    : 21+ years old, valid driver’s license issued by state of employment.
  • Technical
    :
    Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Skills
    :
    Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem analysis, time management, multitasking, flexibility.
  • Abilities
    :
    Communicate to diverse audience, maintain relationships, critical thinking, work with diverse groups, oral/written communication, prioritize, time management.
  • Travel
    :
    Domestic travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years related work experience; 5+ years direct supervision/managerial experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demand
  • Moderate physical effort; lift up to 10-50 lbs; reach, grasp, hand‑eye coordination.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
  • Prolonged machine operation, including vehicle, computer, keyboard.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Exposure to uncomfortable conditions, extreme temperature, noise, second‑hand smoke/vape.
  • Fluctuating work schedule.
