TheOpportunity
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, and handling the administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
A Typical Day at IWG- Arrive before opening to prepare the center and inspect cleaning completion.
- Assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package deliveries, meeting room directions, projector setup, coffee recommendations, and general inquiries.
- Ensure services are correctly charged and invoices are accurate.
- Handle mail sorting and coordinate deliveries to customers.
- Support printing, billing questions, and open service tickets through the portal.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize weekly networking events, create e‑invites, print posters, and promote the network to prospects.
- Facilitate break‑ups of group meetings and recommend nearby restaurants.
- Maintain a tidy center and prepare for closing.
- A good communicator, building strong professional relationships and empathizing with customers’ needs (ideally 1+ years of customer‑service experience).
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions.
- Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
- Experience and confidence using Microsoft Office and basic IT equipment.
- Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
