Product Manager, Commercial Accessories – Morrisville, NC

About The Position

In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Accessories. Leading cross‑functional teams, you will collaborate across our WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature, and innovation objectives. The position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.

• Drive end‑to‑end product management execution from concept phase to plan, development, worldwide product launch, sustaining, and product end‑of‑life.
• Represent NA Accessories Geo in collaboration with the WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature and innovation objectives.
• Create product disclosure and competitive analysis reports to support successful product launches.
• Support GTM and Demand Generation planning and activities.
• Identify key business and industry trends in the PC Options and Attach space.
• Provide timely product communications to cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Product Marketing.
• Scan competitive landscape and analyze market data to support category financial objectives.
• Stay up to date with relevant technology trends and product roadmaps.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience within the PC industry.
• Proven track record of a successful launch of enterprise products.

• 8+ years of Product Management experience within the PC industry.
• 8+ years of experience working in a global matrixed environment.
• 12+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
• Demonstrated cross‑collaboration experience.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and a documentation‑oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills; data‑driven approach desired.
• Proficiency with project‑management software: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience in cultural contexts across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American regions, ensuring clear and tactful communication.
• PMP, Scrum certifications a plus.
