About The Position
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Accessories. Leading cross‑functional teams, you will collaborate across our WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature, and innovation objectives. The position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end‑to‑end product management execution from concept phase to plan, development, worldwide product launch, sustaining, and product end‑of‑life.
- Represent NA Accessories Geo in collaboration with the WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature and innovation objectives.
- Create product disclosure and competitive analysis reports to support successful product launches.
- Support GTM and Demand Generation planning and activities.
- Identify key business and industry trends in the PC Options and Attach space.
- Provide timely product communications to cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Product Marketing.
- Scan competitive landscape and analyze market data to support category financial objectives.
- Stay up to date with relevant technology trends and product roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within the PC industry.
- Proven track record of a successful launch of enterprise products.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience within the PC industry.
- 8+ years of experience working in a global matrixed environment.
- 12+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
- Demonstrated cross‑collaboration experience.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and a documentation‑oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills; data‑driven approach desired.
- Proficiency with project‑management software: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience in cultural contexts across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American regions, ensuring clear and tactful communication.
- PMP, Scrum certifications a plus.
