• Lead business plan development in partnership with the CEO and senior personnel.
• Manage and assess business development personnel.
• Identify, prioritize, and evaluate referral sources; use feedback to inform strategy.
• Establish metrics, create reports, and analyze business development performance.
• Shape market scope, monitor competition, and develop the annual budget.
• Plan community workshops and seminars in collaboration with Assessment and Referral.
• Ensure marketing materials effectively convey the program’s message.
• Manage community relationships, maintain facility reputation, and produce CRM reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license, clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of vehicle insurance for business use.
