Finexio is simplifying the way businesses make and receive business payments by integrating electronic payments and cash flow improvement solutions directly into customers' business process software. Finexio is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of product priorities and contributing to the product vision and strategy as we scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and work collaboratively to deliver impactful products that meet customer needs.
Reporting to the VP of Product, this individual will play a vital role in supporting our next phase of growth by contributing to the strategic direction of our product offerings as we scale. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, managing product development from discovery through to launch, and ensuring our solutions align with market needs and business goals.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, to refine product requirements, oversee the development process, and contribute to successful product delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for product management, with experience in managing complex product initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable features, and leveraging data to inform decision‑making.

- Contribute to the development of product vision and strategy by providing insights from market research, customer feedback, and performance data.
- Collaborate with the VP of Product and other senior leaders to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the broader strategic goals of Finexio.
- Participate in strategic discussions, offering input and recommendations based on domain expertise and understanding of customer needs.
- Lead product discovery initiatives, validating new ideas, gathering data, and identifying opportunities that can influence product strategy.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps for specific areas or features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including UX/UI design, engineering, and marketing, to refine and prioritize product features based on business goals.
- Drive the execution of product priorities, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to define product specifications, manage development timelines, and address technical challenges.
- Ensure that product features meet high‑quality standards and deliver on the defined acceptance criteria.
- Act as a key liaison between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and strategy.
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, performance, and any adjustments to the roadmap or strategic plans.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data‑driven decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback post‑launch, using insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Provide recommendations for future product enhancements based on performance analysis and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ability to support product vision and strategy execution.
