Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting the ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Program
- Maintain documentation supporting compliance program activities, including policies, procedures, and program records
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance-related processes
- Handle special projects for the department/division/segment as assigned
- Track internal and external audits, monitoring activities, and regulatory reviews
- Monitor progress of CAPs and follow up with business owners to support timely resolution
- Consolidate and standardize data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 0-2 years of experience in related field
- In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field
- Experience in Medicaid strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Child Welfare System
